Credits earned in restricted liberal arts courses and duplicated credits by department (division) are excluded from graduation credits.
Major Credits
- Students admitted before 2009: 51 credits or more
- Students admitted in 2010 or later: 72 or more credits
- Students enrolled in a double major must complete at least 42 credits in each major.
- Complete the department curriculum (based on the admission year) including the major basics and major requirements.
- If you take the same course twice, the later credit will not be recognized toward graduation.
Early Graduation
- Students with a 4.0 or higher GPA through the 4th semester should apply for early graduation before the start of the 5th semester. Then, if the student meets the requirements for graduation in the 6th or 7th semester and maintains a GPA of 4.0 or higher, the student will be granted early graduation.
